Payment Information: We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and Delta Dental, and will be happy to file any insurance as a courtesy. We also offer payment plans through CareCredit, a low minimum monthly payment program. Cash, personal checks with valid ID and most major credit cards are also accepted.
